I had an appointment on Nov 30th. I dropped my truck off and was called at 3:15pm that they couldn’t work on my truck because of other issues with another truck. The next appointment I dropped my truck off and was called at 3:15pm that they couldn’t work on my truck because of other issues with another truck. The next appointment was Jan 19th. I drop my truck off and they kept it over a week. When I finally got my truck back they told me they fixed everything, but 2 recalls. Well my GPS still doesn’t work, my tires are still rubbing something under the truck, My engine is still making a noise at start up, They fixed my cover on my truck so that was good. The service department was once great, but not anymore. More
My mechanic was friendly but I was there to have my truck in the shop at 8am for a recall did not start working on it until the next day and then didn’t get it back until that afternoon.
