I live in Olive Branch, MS and traveled to Louisville to visit Family. On the way I had a flat in my 2022 Full Size Bronco. I have the Tire Warranty through Ford and sought out a Dealership. I took it in on Saturday March 16 and spoke to Chris Herrera in Service. He said they were full for the day, which I expected, and offered to take the tire just in case or to be looked at first thing Monday. All of this I found acceptable. Around 11:40 Chris called and said it just needed a patch, not replacement, and it was ready. My Aunt's home is 6 miles from there so I headed that way and all was complete and good. Chris was very polite, professional and took care of me as if I was an everyday customer. More
