Service Dept. visit to have oil changed. Found out they over filled crankcase. This caused car to smoke from exhaust pipe while driving. Came back to report proble visit to have oil changed. I appreciated their admitting the mistake and making it right. Though, I'm still concerned this could've damaged the engine. The incident does not make me confident in their shop. Unfortunately, I must have my car serviced elsewhere as I cannot afford to replace an engine. More
