The entire team at Byerly Nissan was very helpful throughout the entire process. I purchased an all electric Nissan LEAF. I was concerned about the range on the vehicle. It was great. I was able to try the car on my normal daily commute. I saw the car would be great for my daily commute and running around town. Larry and Steve tag teamed the process since the LEAF requires someone that is certified in knowing the various systems. It was pleasure working with both of them. Larry walked me through all the systems on the car. The negotiations were simple. I told them the terms and price I needed and Steve and Larry were able to get it for me. It was thankfully a quick process since my wife was 9 months pregnant and really didn't feel like sitting at a car dealership. The guys got us in and out quick. They were even flexible enough to allow me to take the new car to work and come back later to finish everything up! I'm enjoying my new son and my new car! I will definitely go back to the team at Byerly! More

Steve, the salesman, was very responsive & willing to help and had made arrangements to see me the next morning for a trade-in appraisal. I had a cash and my 2008 Mini with 72K miles ready to make a final deal on a 2012 - $ 21,450.00 Nissan. Unfortunately Patrick called me at my home later that evening, and after hearing what he had to say, I can safely say that I won't return to Byerly as long as Patrick is employed there, and that I wouldn't buy a car with Patrick involved, even at 1/2 price. I can't recommend this dealership as a result. FORMER REVIEW: I do like their pricing in relationship to other dealerships for the same models. Previously I had written somewhat of a negative review based upon the communication between two staff members and I've decided not to evaluate the entire dealership based soley upon those characters. When we were first looking at cars, Steve did not pressure us into anything. He was very humble and we felt comfortable letting him know that we were looking around. My husband called him on his off day and he answered all of our questions and concerns on finding exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a black Altima with tan interior and unfortunately there wasn't any around the local areas. Patrick called us back the next day and found our car inTN. It arrived the very next day and I was driving my brand new car that night. This is my 4th car and we have never had such and easy and great experience. We will definitely be back for my next car. Since I had such excellent service from Byerly's service department I thought there was no other place for me to go to purchase my new vehicle. I knew a had to have another Altima. Six days ago I walked onto the lot at Byerly Nissan not knowing anyone associated with the dealership. The first vehicle I saw was the one I had come looking for. There was no hassle, just straight-forward common-sense information about the vehicle, price, warranty, etc. and the deal was complete. I was equally as impressed when I dealt with Trisha Brown in finalizing the contract. There was absolutely no pressure or intimidation in any way. I have already received raves and compliments from my neighbors and friends at church on my Black Ametheist Rogue SV/SL. To ask if I would recommend Byerly Nissan and Clyde Gibson is a resounding "YES", in fact two days after I purchased my vehicle I brought a friend and she purchased the exact same Rogue SV/SL as I have.
