I bought my Rogue here in 2018 & despite having to pay a toll to get back for service, I choose to stay at Byerly due to the great staff, service & treatment I have received since then. The Byerly Nissan Service Team did a fantastic job with my 2015 Nissan Altima! I am always pleased and thankful for the EXCELLENT car care I receive at each 6-month/5000 mile checkup. I want to give a "Shout Out" to Jeff in the Service department. He helped me so much when I was at the worst time in my life. He went out of his way to help and encourage me last winter after a ver department. He helped me so much when I was at the worst time in my life. He went out of his way to help and encourage me last winter after a very great loss in my life. I so greatly appreciate his care and compassion and encouragement. He is a very valuable employee. He is a very good service writer, as well, as someone who went well beyond what any customer would ever expect out of a nearly perfect stranger. Thank you so much Jeff! More
Service Dept. visit to have oil changed. Found out they over filled crankcase. This caused car to smoke from exhaust pipe while driving. Came back to report proble visit to have oil changed. Found out they over filled crankcase. This caused car to smoke from exhaust pipe while driving. Came back to report problem, they apologized and took care of it immediately and refunded my money. I appreciated their admitting the mistake and making it right. Though, I'm still concerned this could've damaged the engine. The incident does not make me confident in their shop. Unfortunately, I must have my car serviced elsewhere as I cannot afford to replace an engine. More

TELL SO MANY LIES THEY CANT KEEP THEM STRAIGHT SCHEDULED TO DROP MY TITAN OFF THE THEM TODAY TO HAVE A TRANSMISSION FLUSH AS PER THERE COUPON. I ASKED THAT THE TRANS COOLANT FLEX RUBBER LINES BE RE SCHEDULED TO DROP MY TITAN OFF THE THEM TODAY TO HAVE A TRANSMISSION FLUSH AS PER THERE COUPON. I ASKED THAT THE TRANS COOLANT FLEX RUBBER LINES BE REPLACED. WAS TOLD BY KELAN THE WRITER THAT THEY KEPT THEM IN STOCK AND IT WOULD BE NO ISSUE. I CALLED AT 4 TO SEE IF IT WAS READY AND THEY SAID YES I ASKED IF THEY HAD REPLACED THE LINES I WAS TOLD NO THEY DIDNT NEED IT. I DIDNOT ASK THEM TO CHECK IT I ASKED TO HAVE IT REPLACED. IVE HAD ON EX[PLODE BEFORE AND IT COST ME 4000 DOLLARS SO I WAS DOING PREVENTATIVE MAINTANIENCE AS PER NISSANS TSB . I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT NISSAN DOENT RECOMMEND FLUSHING SO THEY DROPPED THE PAN AND CHANGED THE FLUID. LIE THE PULLED THE PLUG ONLY I AKED IF THEY DROPPED THE PAN WHY WAS THERE NO CHARGE FOR THE PAN GASKET OR FILTER. WAS TOLD YOU DONT NEED A FILTER ITS NOT SERVICEABLE. LIE HAD TO PAY 164 DOLLARS FOR 4 QUARTS OF TRANS FLUID JUST TO GET MY TRUCK BACK. THEY MUST THINK EVERYONE IS A DUMB xxx. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE FOR ANY THING BE IT NISSAN OR THERE FORD DEALERSHIP CAUSE THE SAME DUMB xxxxx RUN IT ALSO. More
