I took a vehicle in that was purchased there by my son years ago for repairs related to two recalls. I arrived a little early, but they started working on the car right away, and had the repairs fixed in years ago for repairs related to two recalls. I must say everyone was so professional and friendly. And I was able to wait at the dealership for the repairs to be done. That was important to me. After several failed attempts to have Byers repair my Outback, I’ve come to the conclusion that their techs are either completely incompetent or they were just trying to run out my warranty. After they lied to me me and told me my headlights weren’t adjustable I pressed the issue and they finally admitted that the headlights are adjustable but if they adjusted them they would have to recalibrate the eye-sight system.
