Hi Wendi, we are sorry that you are frustrated that it is taking longer than expected to service your vehicle. We at Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram take great pride in our outstanding customer service and we have been doing everything possible to fix your vehicle as quickly as possible. Your car is 13 years old so finding parts for it is difficult, pair that with following Max Care warranty guidelines, if the part is still available through MOPAR we must use MOPAR parts no matter if that part is on back order or not. This is why it is taking longer than expected to receive the part. Once we get the part we will fix your vehicle that day.

I wuldunderstand if that was the case. However we were told they have the part, but keep forgetting to put in on the truck to deliver it. We have never been told that the brake line was not available to be shipped, only that it is sitting in Cleveland.

I understand your frustration and if I were in this situation I would be upset too. However, I feel like this negative review is a bit misplaced. Our dealership is not the one that is forgetting to put the part on the truck to ship. All we can do is order the part and contact the business we are getting the part from to get a explanation on why the part is not shipped yet. We are just the middle man in this situation and we feel that you should be upset with them and not us.
