Excellent customer service from Rawling Castillo in sales. Rawling is really nice and never pressured us to purchase a vehicle. We looked over a used truck and Rawling answered questions we had. Later that day, we also met the manager, Jeff Parker, and he was just as nice and answered all of our questions. We returned the next day and an offer was made. We spoke again with Jeff and the deal was made. When it came to financing, we met with Aaron Runge. We went through the paperwork and he didn’t rush to get us out the door. He explained everything about the financing & warranty and based on his knowledge, we purchased the silver warranty package. We have to say, this is the first dealership that made us feel welcomed and not pressured. We will be buying our next vehicle from Byers! Happy Customers-Steve and Sheila More
Service Review. I dropped off our 2010 Chrysler Town & Country on April 27th for a 8am service AND AS OF TODAY May 8th (12 days later) the van is still not fixed. I dropped off our 2010 Chrysler Town & Country on April 27th for a 8am service AND AS OF TODAY May 8th (12 days later) the van is still not fixed. I took it in for what sounded like seized up calipers on the right front. By 2pm that day they still did not know what was wrong with it. At 4pm they called back stating that 3 out of the 4 calipers needed replaced and a brake line. It should not take 8 hours to diagnosis these issues. I have Max Care so they understandably could not start fixing it until Max Care approved the claim which happened that Friday. One part was going to take 3-4 days to arrive. Fast forward 3 working days, the part had still not arrived. Day 4, still no part. Day 5, still no part. We were told that the part has been in Cleveland , but is not been placed on the delivery truck, but they have talked with the parts folks and the part was placed on the truck and will arrive on Monday 5/8/2023 ( at this point, my van has been with then for 12 days). I call again today (5/8/23) and still no part, the part is still in Cleveland. I was told I would be called back in 30 minutes with an explanation, 2 hours later, still no call back so I call again and was told that they will check into and get the part ordered. At some point all the parts came in except for the brake line and that is the part they are waiting on. When I asked about escalating this issue, I was instructed to call the 1-800 Chrysler number and file a complaint. They said that they can only email the parts place and that is all they can do, which is obviously not working. The Assistant Service Manager did return my call stating that they would do their best to get the van done tomorrow, if the part came in. I do not understand why they have had my van for 12 days and cannot get the part delivered, this is utterly ridiculous. I realize we have Max Care and these part costs an.d labor are under warranty but that does not mean you deliver poor customer service. Our next van will not come from Byers More

I asked the salesman if I financed thru him could he give me a better deal since he'll make it up on the back end. He shook his head and said yes. When we sit down at the table he says no. My car buying experience at Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the best one yet. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured during any part of the purchasing experience. We had picked out a car online that we were int was the best one yet. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured during any part of the purchasing experience. We had picked out a car online that we were interested in and Jerome called to set up a time to look it over and take it for a test drive. When we arrived he was waiting outside to welcome us in. We discussed what we were looking for and what specific features we were interested in then he pulled the car up for our test drive while he took our car back to be appraised for a trade in. After Jerome collected all of the things he needed to get the financing started he sent us over to Phil to discuss warranties. Phil discussed the warranties that he believed to be useful for our car. He too didn’t pressure us to buy any of the warranties just inform us as to how they can benefit us in the off chance that we have an issue with the car. We did this with two young grandchildren age 5 and 7 years old. They were very kind and even gave them snacks when they found out the kids were anxious to get dinner. The car was taken back and given a thorough once over and filled to the top with gas before they gave us the key. The experience I had at Byers guarantees that I will return when I need to buy another car and will definitely refer them to my friends and family when they are in need of a new car. I will be asking for Jerome Wilson and Phil Beitman. More
