He put me in touch with a salesman who listened to my needs and picked an Explorer that matched what I was looking for. The car was waiting for me when I arrived and it was perfect. I went back the next day to make the purchase and they had everything ready. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The staff was friendly and did not pressure me at all. They were knowledgeable about the car, financing options and warranty coverage options.
