He put me in touch with a salesman who listened to my needs and picked an Explorer that matched what I was looking for. The car was waiting for me when I arrived and it was perfect. I went back the next day to make the purchase and they had everything ready. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The staff was friendly and did not pressure me at all. They were knowledgeable about the car, financing options and warranty coverage options. My wife has bought from Byers before and I have been impressed with the personal touch they provide before and after the sale. I would definitely recommend Byers Ford to my friends and family. More
