This gives us an opportunity to learn and provide even better service to our customers. We have a culture here that strives to not ever pressure anyone into a vehicle. I regret that we made you feel that way, it was not our intention. We try to make sure to ask to earn your business, but not force you into a decision you are not comfortable with. If you ask specifically for a bottom line number, we should give it to you. We tend to focus on monthly payment because that is how many of our customers view the expense. We always go over the actual terms and total numbers for every deal we do. We practice Market-Based Pricing here at our dealership. We look everyday at the value of the vehicle in relation to how many there are around. If the vehicle is hard to find or in high demand, cost in relation to sticker will go up. We try to be the best value with a 250 mile radius. Sticker price is typically where we start and go down from there. Unless the vehicle you are looking at has a special case associated with it. Also, when working with a trade in, the bottom line sticker on the vehicle does not always correlate to the monthly payment. Many time we give customers more value in their trade then the vehicle is really worth so we can get the customer into the payment they are comfortable with. We can do this because we have a good pre-owned program and know who to sell the trade to. Also credit scores and various financing options play a huge role in the payment. We never want to be secretive about the numbers, sometime there are more at play then just the window sticker price.
