He is very knowledgeable about subaru vehicles in general and took roughly about 2.5 hours on the closing day to go through entire features including financing options. We ordered subaru outback on Jan 7th and I got the car on Feb 10. Between Jan 7th and Feb 10th, Atef was constantly providing the updates on when can we expect the car. He was always on top of everything and ensured the communication was provided to the customer. This is my first car with Subaru and I really love it.
