Took my 2022 Subaru in on April 5th for a oil change and tire rotation and ask them to wash it When it was finished I alerted the service writer the glove box was on the floor a mechanic was noticed a had t tire rotation and ask them to wash it When it was finished I alerted the service writer the glove box was on the floor a mechanic was noticed a had the dirty filter in hand and said will replace it on the next visit I drove the for about 5 miles and noticed a pulsating when I step on the brake I drove back and a 1-1/2 hours later said try had overfilled the crankcase and the tires were cupped and had flushed the system and was ready to go so on the first visit nothing was mentioned about the tires so this tell me that all they did was change the oil and did not rotate the tires or wash it I have been a customer for some time to be treated in this way More

We have purchased other Subaru vehicles from Byers. Always the service and integrity of the staff members have been exceptional. In our most recent purchase, we worked with Bob Miller, from whom we had purchased another vehicle in the past. When the time came to get a new car, I contacted him first. As our new vehicle is an EV Solterra, we also worked with Atef Behery, who is the expert for the dealership in EV's. Atef was very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommended both Bob and Atef too highly as they were both great. Similarly, the finance and management staff were very good. There is a reason we returned to Byers, as can be seen. More

Awesomeness! They've gone over and above from the minute I drove in for a test drive on a Forester, Outback and Crosstrek.
