Service department left me stranded without a vehicle I dropped my car for an 815am appointment with a printout of what the check engine code was. I stressed that I needed my car back the same day. At 430pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. I was told that while they had verified the engine code, I wouldn't be getting my car back. When I explained that I needed it to pick up my child, go to a committee meeting, and take my child to an appointment in the morning and needed a loaner, I was told the two they had were supposed to go out the next day so they couldn't help me. This is unacceptable when I made it clear I NEEDED my car back the same day. If it wasn't possible, I should have been warned so I could make other arrangements. UPDATE - since posting my review, I have been in touch with Mark Haag who apologized for the dealership and is working to do what he can to make-up for the issues. Doesn't excuse the crappy service I received, but at least someone cares enough to try to do something to make it right. More

No available shuttle service to downtown Columbus. Was told the dealership does not offer loaner cars, but I could try to rent a car at my expense. Decided to wait. After about 1.5 hours, I checked to see what problems a technician found with my car. I was told that a technician hadn't seen the car yet to provide a diagnosis. Was told a technician may get to my car in about another hour. Very disappointing experience. More

I simply decided what car I wanted, emailed the dealer for his best price. I did this for 2 other dealers. Picked this dealer, went to see car, drove it and waited to get paperwork done and ended up paying less because there was equity in my leased car I was turning in. There was no: “I need to check with my sales manager” nonsense. My husband enjoyed hassling with car salesmen. However, I think it is a waste of valuable time. Definitely will do the internet approach again. Atef was so kind and knowledgeable about the product. More

The vehicle had more features than we were aware, and Atef explained everything clearly and concisely. He explained, demonstrated and then had me demonstrate, which really helped me retain a bunch of necessary details. He made sure the apps involved were setup, working and I understood them enough to use immediately. At the beginning of our conversation about the new Outback, I thought I’d need to spend a great deal of time later, on my own, setting everything up, reading the manual and muddling through with trial and error as I figured out the features and ways to use them. Atef made sure my experience would be great even after leaving the dealership. I drove off with confidence, knowing the function of every button. The business manager and finance person, John, were as efficient as possible, explained their roles in the process and treated us with warm regard. We purchased an Outback with a higher level package than our previous Outback because the safety features were improved, and more economical, but did not clearly understand how much so until Atef walked us thru them. Also, Atef explained features so I could pictured myself using them - and advert mishaps I have experienced over the years. More

I will be calling about that. I enjoyed my experience working with Atef. He is both super congenial and knowledgeable. He is very patient, and willing to take the time to ensure that his customer understands the paperwork and the functions of his new vehicle. Brandon is likewise knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Both gentlemen present a professional demeanor. More
