Was I entitled to a loyalty rebate, having been a previous owner? The sales representative said he would call me to follow up, and I've had the car 12 days with no call back. After every service they walk me through what they did, costs, and if they need to replace anything they show me why. I had really nasty air filters and they compared a brand new one to mine so I was able to see for myself.
