After every service they walk me through what they did, costs, and if they need to replace anything they show me why. I had really nasty air filters and they compared a brand new one to mine so I was able to see for myself. They go above and beyond and don’t take advantage of you ( even when you don’t know a lot about cars! ) They have exceptional customer service and I will definitely recommend Byers Subaru to anyone looking for their next car. This was the fourth dealership I had visited in the last 4 months and by far they were the best! From the moment I drove onto the lot until I drive off in my new car there was never any pressure whatsoever. Every staff member was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
