The inventory of our model was excellent, and with Atef's help and coordination of services related to our trade-in, finance, preparation, and information related to our purchase, we drove away a few hours later in a beautiful new Subaru Cross Trek. I finally narrowed it down to a 2014 Subaru Impreza and planned to meet with Jeff on December 7th. When I arrived at the dealership Jeff wasn't there because he had a family emergency. I was really hesitant to proceed with another person as I've been to dealerships where the staff does not work as a team and will "steal" sales from each other. Jeff then called me and suggested that I at least do the test drive since I was already there and he assured me that he was fine if I proceeded or we could reschedule. After talking with Jeff and then meeting Gabriel Recker I realized that this dealership was different in that they truly do work as a team and that Jeff would not be slighted in the least. This was a great experience and oddly enough fun because everyone here is extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented and professional. I did purchase the vehicle and then had to do the dreaded "financing". It was then that I met Brandon Jackson in their finance department. Again I was simply blown away, who knew that buying and financing a vehicle could be fun? Once everything was said and done my car payment only increased by $18.00 a month and my annual auto insurance decreased. I now have a newer car with only 27,000 miles on it at an amazing price to boot. Thank you all so much for such a great experience! :-) More
