Good experience for first time buyer I held on to the same car since high school, so I was extremely behind in how far cars had come in the last decade and a half. Jeff was very patient I held on to the same car since high school, so I was extremely behind in how far cars had come in the last decade and a half. Jeff was very patient with me and took the time to walk me through everything the Outback had to offer. It was great to be able to take the car home with me for the day and make sure our dogs fit in it, run errands, and overall get a sense how the vehicle ran before committing to purchase. You wouldn't know the car was used, it ran so well and was in impeccable shape. Jeff worked with my budget, and overall I am very satisfied with my new used car purchase. Jeff has also been great to make himself available for when I have questions about technology (there are a lot of buttons...) which I really appreciate. Additionally, being in sales myself, I appreciated his ethics and approach. We had a little back and forth discussion on the sale of the car, but Jeff was always polite and forthright. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, he didn't pull any sleazy (or cheesy) sales tactics, and he maintained a customer-oriented approach. I'd happily recommend him to anyone in the future. More

What you really need is a patient educator to reaffirm all the things you've already read and bring a personal element to the car buying experience. Atef was courteous, informative, and willing to go the extra mile. I am certain that we will be back in the future for my wife. (She was already shopping while we were there and has a brand new car. Sorry Honda.) The finance department was efficient and friendly. The technology for signing the documents was impressive. All the staffs are very professional and thorough in explaining the different car options.
