I came back to Byers because I've had excellent service, could easily get an appointment for service, and the service personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. My sales associate, Atef Behery, was professional, amiable, knowledgeable and clearly wanted me to be pleased with Byers. He answered all of my questions, encouraged me to contact him if I had more - I did and he promptly responded by both text & email even when I accidentally hit the wrong contact on my IPhone late at night (though I don't recommend calling very late in the evening). When I came in to pick up my new Forester, Atef provided a thorough orientation to the vehicle, having me do a return demonstrations to assure that I knew how to use the new technology. I left feeling very comfortable with the car. The finance aspect was quite easy with the zero % interest and Brandon Jackson handled that smoothly and efficiently. I never felt pressured and he explained things clearly. I also appreciate the reward card for signing up online to do a test drive. More

Best Buying Experience Ever! A few days ago, my son bought a car at Byers, and he was so happy with the way he was treated, I had to follow suit. The first impression I got at Byers was the friendly attitudes of all the people. They seem very welcoming, and eager to help you find the person you're there to see. The Subaru inventory at Byers is so deep it took the better part of a day to find the exact car I wanted, but Chad, the salesman, stuck it out and we got through it. I got good money for my trade and a very agreeable price on the new unit, which was a loaded Forester Touring. Chad's product knowledge and easy going, no pressure style made the entire process fun, even though the sheer number of choices was a bit of a challenge. The store is excellent- clean, bright, lots of places to relax, with snacks and beverages available. If you're in the market for a Subaru, consider Byers. They're located just off I-270 on the northwest side of Columbus, Ohio. More

I took a long time shopping, weighing multiple brands even. I settled on Subaru as the brand and literally considered, test drove and even priced out the outback, wrx, Crosstrek and finally the Forester. No kidding. The Byers team of professionals were more focused on helping me make the right choice than their own agenda and timeline. Shout out to Chad Sneed, Keith and John the F&I guy for taking care of me, hooking me up and spending whatever time it took to help me find my new Forester. They have a relaxed no-pressure culture here that was refreshing. You owe it to yourself to make a visit if you’re in the market for a new car. If the Forester is as solid as this dealership, I’ll have it for a LONG time. More

I went in just to look at all the options that Subaru had in a manual transmission. Atef very gratuitously introduced himself and asked, what I wanted in a car, and showed what vehicles had those options. After some time looking I knew what I liked and wanted to test drive. He did a inventory search and found a base with a manual transmission. We set up a time for the following Saturday to test drive. He had it warmed up and ready to go when I got there. We went out to take it for a spin and i thought it felt great. The issue was no one in the state had even close to what I wanted. So we got started on a special order with what I wanted in the crosstrek. He kept me up to date on the vehicle from being made to being delivered. When it was time to pick it up he went over all of the features with me so that I wouldn't have any questions about what does what. After all was said and done. He thanked us very much for being such easy customers to work with and saw us off the dealer lot. Now I've been to other dealers that have very pushy salespeople, or they just won't look at you when you're only 20 and want a vehicle a certain way. But over at byers that listen carefully to what you want and will help you the most they can to get you that vehicle with no compromises. Great experience with them the same with Mazda everyone I willing to help and is very courteous. More

No hard sell, just straight information for the questions I had. By the time we were done it was like talking to a trusted friend. Then I went to take care of the financial aspects and met Johnathan Penza. Now this can be the frustrating part with all the paperwork. however with John it was a breeze. His knowledge was amazing and because of it this part was smooth and easy. Also, you got to see his "work desk". This bit of technology was extremely cool. Great experience and I recommend this dealership. More
