Easy buying experience I came to this dealership just to look at cars, I wasn't even thinking of buying very soon, but trying to get a feel for what car I wanted. I had very specific wants for a car; hatchback, manual, black exterior and interior, and not too fancy. They happened to have exactly what I was looking for, so I went to the dealership to test drive it. Joey was fantastic to work with, and was very patient with me when I didn't exactly know if I wanted to buy a Subaru. After looking around at other cars, I couldn't get the Impreza out of my mind and how much I really liked it. So after my second test drive, I decided to buy it the next day. The process was easy, and I felt the pricing was fair, it was under the average price on Truecar. Overall I was pleased with the experience and definitely will recommend this dealership to others! When we first stopped by the dealership, we were not sure exactly what we wanted and really just wanted to get a feel for the different vehicles. Andrew did not pressure us to buy on the spot but instead took the time to get to know both me and my wife, listened to what our requirements were, offered suggestions as to what would work and what might not be the best fit. This was different than other dealerships where they tried pushing a vehicle on us that we did not like. When we showed up for the final set of test drive comparisons, Andrew had listened to what we wanted to compare, had them waiting there for us when we showed up, and worked on our time schedule. The biggest decision maker for us to go with Andrew at Byers is the way he treated my wife. The other dealerships ignored her and talked only to me, even though the car was for her (one dealer was inappropriate in his behavior). Andrew talked to both of us, focused on her when discussing options on the vehicles and made sure she felt comfortable through the whole process. Because of this, he was able to find the car my wife fell in love with. We could have chosen any number of dealerships from which to buy our car, but because of Andrew and his excellent service, it was a no-brainer on where we would buy. After looking under the safety ratings on IIHS, I narrowed down to theee choices, after looking at 3 other dealerships and feeling put off by the sales reps, I went to Byers Dublin Mazda Subaru. Not only was I very impressed with the way Subaru makes its cars to ensure safety, but I was very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Joey as a sales rep, he was very helpful and not pushy at all. He never tried to sell me on something else because it would make them more money, he was always just honest and open when answering my questions. He even didn't have a problem honestly comparing the car I was interested in to cars of other makes. I was also that he only texted me a few times, instead of leaving voicemails on my phone twice a day like most other dealerships do. I'm very happy with my new Subaru Impreza and I would definitely recommend Byers Dublin Mazda Subaru to anyone! More
