Since we were driving a few hundred miles to pick up the car, we conducted the majority of our business via phone and email. Chad was wonderful to work with! When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery, everything was exactly as promised (price, trade in value) with no heavy handed attempts to up sell anything. Chad and Brandon in Finance were honest, friendly and efficient. Brandon walked us through the financing and warranty options and Chad walked us through the buying process and spent time orienting us to our new vehicle. We were impressed at Chad's knowledge of the mechanicals as well as the operational features. Both my husband and I agreed that this was the first time in buying a new car (we have purchased at least 6 over time) that we didn't leave with anything but positive experiences. I would gladly drive to Dublin again to do business with Chad, Brandon and the Byers team. More
