This was my first time getting a car loan so I had no idea what to expect. I contacted Chad Sneed online before actually visiting the dealership, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I visited the dealership, I knew I wanted to look at a Subaru Forester. After test driving the vehicle, Chad showed me a couple of different options that would work for my budget. I was expecting high-pressure sales, especially since it was my first time getting a car loan, but Chad was super laid back. I ended up leasing a 2017 Subaru Forester. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Excellent buying experience After a very unpleasant experience at a different Subaru dealer, I took my business to Chad. He was the total opposite! Great Experience While searching for our new car we stopped by Byers Mazda Subaru four separate times over the course of a month. Each time our sales associate, CJ Bar While searching for our new car we stopped by Byers Mazda Subaru four separate times over the course of a month. Each time our sales associate, CJ Barnett, was happy to work with us and move at our pace. We ending up sitting in every model both Mazda and Subaru had to offer and, after narrowing our search, we test drove five cars. In the end, Byers found the exact car we wanted from another dealership in Ohio and brought it to us. We never felt pressured throughout our visits which is the main reason why Byers earned our business. More

2017 Subaru Forester I had a great experience at Byers Dublin. Every employee I came into contact with was professional and helpful. I had been looking for a specific Suba I had a great experience at Byers Dublin. Every employee I came into contact with was professional and helpful. I had been looking for a specific Subaru and had been in negotiations with a salesman from another local Subaru dealer, however, this experience went very poorly and I was constantly fending off the hard sale and the keep them here as long as possible sales style. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. This led me to Buyers Dublin and what an amazing experience in comparison. Joey got back to me promptly and with all the information I needed. He made the whole process smooth and efficient and I always felt like he was honest with me and helped me to find a vehicle that I liked, and was in my budget. I couldn't get to the dealership until right before closing and Joey stayed late on a Friday night to finish the deal and never complained or rushed the process. He and the whole staff were extremely professional, and helpful. I will be a return customer for sure and cannot more highly recommend Joey to others. More
