I Love this Legacy Sport - CJ was great!! CJ answered every question I had and explained the functions of the vehicle well. He stayed on top of every step of the sales process. His customer service was above my previous experiences from other dealerships. I have not purchased a car that I wanted in over 25 years. To be able to walk in, select the vehicle I really liked and be out the door in a little over five hours was fantastic. Again, he stayed on every step of the process and there was really no delay from step to step. he helped set up service websites, paired up my phone and walked me through the functions I wanted to know about now. On day 2 I dropped off my spare set of keys for the trade. I jokingly said, "I need a car wash. There is stuff all over my car from yesterday". (I drove it all night. I couldn't leave the car). CJ instantly went into full and very professional service after the sale mode and said, "We can get you in right now!!". I said I was joking and playing the over needy role. he laughed and still told me I have free car washes as long as I have the car. No more car washes at a gas station that doesn't do the job. I spoke with many sales staff. They all were great. But I highly recommend to ask for CJ by name. New customers won't be disappointed. More

New Forester When I arrived at Byers Subaru, I already knew what I wanted to buy--just wanted to test drive a Forester with EyeSight to be sure. He asked a lot of questions, and when I arrived, he had the car ready to go--and it had every option I had mentioned to him. He walked me through a real-life demo of the EyeSight, Lane Assist, BlindSpot, and Adaptive Cruise Control features. (We didn't practice Pre-Collision Braking/Throttle Management, but I'll forgive him for that!) He was great about answering all my questions, offering further information, but not killing me with details that I wasn't interested in. Throughout the purchase process, he was good about checking in with the finance group and updating me on the timing so that I never felt forgotten in the system. After I mentioned my love of kayaking, he also went out of his way to contact a fellow kayak-lover about an innovative load-and-rack system. At the end of day, having now both the new Forester and my old car in the parking lot, Chad drove one home for me! Thanks, Chad! More

Chad spent and exceptional amount of time going over the different features of the Subaru Outback and wanted to make sure he answered all our questions and concerns. This visit was on a late Sunday afternoon and we told Chad we wanted to think about this purchase a little more but would be sure to ask for him on any return visit. Several days later we returned to talk with Chad and get further answers to some of our additional questions. Being satisfied this was the vehicle we wanted to purchase in the color of our choice and agreeing to a price the car was ordered. This buying experience was very smooth and most helpful.
