1st car buying experience - Subaru Legacy I came to Subaru in June 2015 and bought my first car with Mike Gordon. I came with my dad. We had been to a couple other dealerships - Ford , Chevy and it came between a Chevy Cruz and the Subaru Legacy. What really won me over ( and my dad ) was how organized and knowledgable Michael was. Every question we had he knew the answer to. It was a great experience and I now will most likely only buy Subarus for the rest of my life! I've had my Subaru for over a year now and have had 0 issues and Michael gave his personal cell # , so when I do have questions he is super quick to answer. Amazing customer service and amazing experience. I highly recommend Michael and Subarus to anyone car shopping! More

Byers Subaru Excellent customer service despite recall I recently bought a 2016 Subaru Outback and there was a recall for a potential steering column issue. I called about my car and within 1 hr., there were two men here at my house to get my car, and they also brought me a rental car! Within a few days, my car was ready. That was amazing service! I never had to be without a car, and they made it so easy. There was no charge for anything. They even sent me a $100 gift certificate to spend in any way I wished (service, products, etc.) for the inconvenience. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are extremely personable, caring, and every time I've gone there, they are right there to help you with whatever you need. I honestly was dreading looking for a car, but this dealership is more like a family. They are very "non-pressure", and I felt comfortable working with them. The manager, Tim Kerrigan, was awesome in rectifying a concern, several on-staff salesman were fantastic in helping me (I wish I could remember all their names), and Sage, my salesman, did a great job listening to what I needed. I LOVE my car and can't say enough about it. I am so happy I picked this dealership and this car. When I stopped in there for a car wash, they all remembered me (and my dog)! I will certainly stay with this dealership and subaru vehicles. More
