I called about my car and within 1 hr., there were two men here at my house to get my car, and they also brought me a rental car! Within a few days, my car was ready. That was amazing service! I never had to be without a car, and they made it so easy. There was no charge for anything. They even sent me a $100 gift certificate to spend in any way I wished (service, products, etc.) for the inconvenience. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are extremely personable, caring, and every time I've gone there, they are right there to help you with whatever you need. I honestly was dreading looking for a car, but this dealership is more like a family. They are very "non-pressure", and I felt comfortable working with them. The manager, Tim Kerrigan, was awesome in rectifying a concern, several on-staff salesman were fantastic in helping me (I wish I could remember all their names), and Sage, my salesman, did a great job listening to what I needed. I LOVE my car and can't say enough about it. I am so happy I picked this dealership and this car. When I stopped in there for a car wash, they all remembered me (and my dog)! I will certainly stay with this dealership and subaru vehicles. More

Jeff was extremely helpful and showed me and my son some of the cars at the dealership. I stayed in touch with Jeff while I was abroad via email, text, and phone calls. After coming back, I went straight to the dealership from the airport. With the help of Jeff and the finance manager, I was able to drive my new car off the lot after a couple of hours. I live in Boston, so getting the car that quickly was an amazing feat. Overall, it was a great experience. More
