Certified, Pre-Owned Subaru I began an online search for a used vehicle. Found one I liked at Byers Mazda Subaru. I sent an email requesting a test drive of the vehicle and con I began an online search for a used vehicle. Found one I liked at Byers Mazda Subaru. I sent an email requesting a test drive of the vehicle and conveniently arranged it with Allen Mack. The car was ready and waiting for the test drive, and Allen even let us drive it alone without tagging along. Surprised! But nice not to feel pressure of salesperson in car when trying to evaluate a vehicle. I was still looking at another vehicle at a different make/dealership but told Allen I would let him know of our decision one way or another that day. After test driving the other car, I decided on the used Subaru so returned to see Allen a couple of hours later. Negotiations were low pressure as neither party wanted to haggle forever. After a quick back and forth, deal was agreed and we were on way to the paperwork. Final details were gone over by Jay in Finance who explained things well re: 'wrap' warranty we decided to go with, title paperwork, etc.. All in all, it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. Thank you gentlemen! Next...will see how the Service department does! More

I found a car I liked, clicked the request an e-lease button, and within about a day or so I had lease prices on the vehicle I wanted. The dealership went out and found an identical match to my desired vehicle after the one I wanted went to someone else before I could put down a deposit. All I had to do from there was test-drive the vehicle and sign the papers. Don Overmyer was great to work with. More

This was my first time getting a car loan so I had no idea what to expect. I contacted Chad Sneed online before actually visiting the dealership, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I visited the dealership, I knew I wanted to look at a Subaru Forester. After test driving the vehicle, Chad showed me a couple of different options that would work for my budget. I was expecting high-pressure sales, especially since it was my first time getting a car loan, but Chad was super laid back. I ended up leasing a 2017 Subaru Forester. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
