Everyone I've spoken with is polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is it can be difficult to get a hold of someone at times. No one called me once my car was ready for pickup, either. So, I was a bit frustrated about that. More

A mechanic out of town diagnosed a problem with my car. Luckily they couldn’t get the part, so when I got back in town I went to Byers.
