Expected more . Rear view camera on my 2012 F150 failed , shop inspection indicated it required replacement ( $500 + ) , service advisor said new one would be in the Rear view camera on my 2012 F150 failed , shop inspection indicated it required replacement ( $500 + ) , service advisor said new one would be in the next day , 3 (?) days later I called re the camera and was advised it had just arrived that day , made appointment for the install . After 4 + hours service advisor said problem was not the camera but a short or errant ground in the electric system . Some 3/4 (?) hours later no solution truck required over nighting due to disassembly . Next day another 3/4 (+) hours problem resolved . New back up camera was not required only wiring test / repair , total cost , a whopping $707 for electrical repair ..... Outrageous !!!!! I paid without complaint or comment . Truck is free and clear ( last payment this month June 2018 ) and is in excellent condition , however should I want to trade it in on a new F150 it will not be with C. Harper . I got hammered on a wiring issue . Sad ! More

Very poor Purchased a 2015 Ford escape, had problems with the transmission and brakes, was told the brake problem was bad rotors that they were not going to fix Purchased a 2015 Ford escape, had problems with the transmission and brakes, was told the brake problem was bad rotors that they were not going to fix. They said my transmission was fixed. After a bad review to the Ford motor company, C. Harper called and said they would take care of the rotors. I made an appointment and stated to three separate people that my transmission was still not working properly, they all said they would take care of it. When I showed up for my appointment they told me my rotors and oil change would be done, when I asked about my transmission, I was told that they had no one to even look at it. (I drove from New Jersey for my appointment) I was not happy. They did take care of the rotors and did the oil change to my satisfaction. I had to drive the vehicle back to New Jersey we're it is at competent Ford dealership. They informed me that the transmission fluid has metal shavings and pieces that indicates a major problem, I am glad they found this after C. Harper had my vehicle from 10am till 5pm and said my transmission was fixed. Didn't have a great sales experience, have had two horrible service visits. I have owned the car now for 4 months, something has been wrong with it since day one, thanks C. Harper, that was sarcasm ! More
