Hud display Hud not working in my 2016 camaro,got appointment. They said they could not fix that Chevy had to send code for fix. That's been 2 months ago. Manager, John Eberlein, was very unprofessional. I had a great experience during the purchase of my vehicle, however there was a problem with the taxes I was charged during the process. I understand I had a great experience during the purchase of my vehicle, however there was a problem with the taxes I was charged during the process. I understand that errors occur, however the manager, John Eberlein, called me to request I come into the dealership to correct the problem. During our phone conversation, John refused to admit that the error was on behalf of C Harper Ford and did not apologize. I had to verbalize the idea that I have no problem paying the difference in taxes, but the professionalism and lack of ownership related to the error was extremely dissatisfying. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experiences with this manager, John Eberlein. More
