New Kia telluride Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and explained every detail about the SUV . We did have some issue with service/parts . The second key was lost and the car was not inspected . I had to come back 2 days later for the car to be inspected and to pick up second key .I was told it would take 10 minutes to put new stickers on car however I was there close to 2 hrs)). When I came up they still could not locate second key and now have return a 3rd time. I live 30-40 minutes away. I would definitely buy another car from Scott , but not sure if I would use service department. As I have other Kia dealerships closer in proximity. More
