Frustrated I initially called on January 6 2019 when I first experienced the problem of my blower motor making a horrible grinding sound when it was on Hi . As I I initially called on January 6 2019 when I first experienced the problem of my blower motor making a horrible grinding sound when it was on Hi . As I was talking to the service manager it stopped happening. It occurred occasionally but would stop before I could call service. And it did not occur again until March 2 which I videoed. I called March 3 and took it to the Service Center. After a issue with the sound stopping before the mechanic heard it and not reviewing the video I had I finally got the sound to start and the blower motor was ordered. I had requested at the time of the order being placed that a loaner car be available for me . The motor was recieved, I scheduled the appointment and requested a vehicle again. I was told a loan car would not be needed as the repair would be done in 90 minutes. I told the scheduler that the job would be longer than 90 minutes and she stated the manual said so. Yes I am a woman but I have been and am quite familiar with vehicles. I brought my car to service on 3/14/19. No loaner car. Eventually they brought me home. Next call is Cody staring it would take longer and he would bring a loan car to me. Cody brought the car that evening. The next morning I got in to the loan and there was not enough gas for me to get to work at 5:00 am in Monroeville. I had to borrow a car from a friend to make it on time. Finally I was called and told the car was done but a " mouse had made a nest in the blower motor and my warranty was not going to cover it". Cody states the mouse was still pretty intact so it is what caused the problem. The problem started In January...the mouse would not be that intact if that was the cause. Cody tried his best and was very kind. But I still do not believe that the mouse was the problem. I have lost a lot of faith in any service to be done on my vehicles at the Ford Service Center. More

3 Weeks Later My less than 6 month old vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks and when returned, it had two problems that it did not have when it went on for My less than 6 month old vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks and when returned, it had two problems that it did not have when it went on for service. The vehicle was in for first maintenance and repair of the light that shows you the different choices of headlights (on, off, fog, etc). I was provided a rental car, which was good. However, my limited edition Ford Expedition was replaced with a Ford Flex. I did eventually get a expedition rental and it had a “U” shaped break in the glass. The bottom portion of the u was over a foot long and each upward portion was 8-10 inches. The people were nice, but the service level was not acceptable. I was told multiple times that. It would be ready the next day just to be told it would be needed a few more days. So today, I have my vehicle back, the light is repaired, and I either need to give it back to them for hopefully less than 3 weeks or find a new ford dealer to work with.... More
