Lied to me Went into service to get problem with Sync fixed. Was told by kid in service that it costs $120 and takes 3 hours, despite warranty. Called another dealership and Ford, told that there is NO CHARGE when under warranty. Called back to Wimberley and was very rudely addressed by female service manager, that they're very busy and she had no idea what kind of service I need if my Sync doesn't sync. Seriously? You're the service manager but you don't understand what you're going to charge me $120 to fix?! She told me to go to another dealership, so I will. This dealership apparently doesn't value its customers if they're so willing to tell me to go somewhere else. They don't understand warranties or will just charge even if you have a warranty. This is my only interaction with this dealership, but I won't be going here when I'm leasing my next vehicle. The rep at Ford who took my complaint was willing to talk me through an update for free, by the way. Wimberley wanted to charge me $120 (3 hour time frame too) for what Ford would do for free in 10 minutes. More
