Dallas and Adam went above and beyond. They had a customer looking for a pickup for sometime. I was willing to trade mine in for him. Did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but felt confident & safe if I was to do so. I was really hoping they'd be able to find the car I was looking for, but I was rather specific in my request, wh confident & safe if I was to do so. I was really hoping they'd be able to find the car I was looking for, but I was rather specific in my request, which made it more of a challenge. They tried & they kept in contact with me without any pressure or sales pitches. Sincere questions on how much search was going & honest answers to the issues I kept running into. Tom Ferrier was great in responding to me & providing me great insight & information. Even though I did not purchase from here, I might in the near future or if I what to trade up for something better. I will always keep my eye on what they have in stock. I was not the easiest customer to deal with, as most sales reps are trained to just try and get you in the store. Tom and the staff at C. Wimberley Ford were more concerned with finding me the vehicle I wanted & the right one for me. I was handling all communications via email, which I understand makes things a bit more of a challenge, but Tom did it with grace. I would recommend & feel confident with buying a quality vehicle here. Even though, I didn't... or at least haven't, yet. More
