I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY! THEY ARE THE WORST AROUND! FIX THE WRONG THAT YOU HAVE CAUSED AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! That this place is a JOKE!! The first car they sold me th ENEMY! THEY ARE THE WORST AROUND! FIX THE WRONG THAT YOU HAVE CAUSED AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! That this place is a JOKE!! The first car they sold me the transmission was bad and after 1 week AFTER buying it, they sent it to scrap. Then I get the car I have now, 3 months ago and it is FALLING APART!!! They fail to even acknowledge me in any way, Phone, Email, BBB. They wont even fix the wrong that they did. THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR AT ALL!!! More
my husband and i went in to CALS in Airway Heights to get a truck for the winter time. It took us 4 days to get the truck. Th customer service was horrible. I went in nearly everyday to check the status and a truck for the winter time. It took us 4 days to get the truck. Th customer service was horrible. I went in nearly everyday to check the status and they couldnt give us a direct reason why until we wanted our money back and said we would go somewhere else. Then a finance manager called me being very rude about our insurance (which is understandable) but you should try to treat you're customers with respect. I am guessing they still havent gotten the money from the bank even though we have turned in everything needed for them to. The bank called us today and said that CALS is trying to Charge them $12,000 for the truck when they dropped it from $14,000 to $9,000 for us, which by far was the only kind thing that they did. The day we got the truck I ended up being a half an hour late for work because they needed us to REDO our paperwork for the THIRD time. More
Rude staff owners son is very cheap. Quality of vehicle was in very poor condition for the price; so we decided not to deal with them. He then Gave my husband his business card and asked for it back becaus was in very poor condition for the price; so we decided not to deal with them. He then Gave my husband his business card and asked for it back because we weren't going to buy; owners son said we weren't "serious" buyers.. The sons owner told my husband to go against my word when I told the guy myself that I didn't want the van. Super forceful and very unpleasant experience. These guys are a joke! DO NOT GO HERE. All of their vehicles may look nice on the inside, but they are all lemons. More
I recently went in to look at vehicles with the intent to purchase. I was upfront and told the salesman the exact amount i wanted to be at and that i had financing lined up. The first vehicle he showed me wa purchase. I was upfront and told the salesman the exact amount i wanted to be at and that i had financing lined up. The first vehicle he showed me was at least 7k$ above the provided amount. He would not provide the actual amount they had it listed for with the excuse that "they don't have set prices on vehicles". I countered with the fact that most vehicles on the CAL website had the sticker price listed...Moving on to the next vehicle... from the moment I started it, it had a blatant knocking that never ceased. The interior has scattered cigarette burns and the headliner had cloudy smoke lines. I told him I was not interested and he was overly aggressive on the fact that his mechanic would look at it, and that they would have the inside treated with an "enzyme treatment" to remove smoke residue. He continued to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle that was out of the price range and had obvious issues with the drive train. He attempted to get me to fill out a credit request form and took my drivers license to copy it. I did not fill out the form and left the dealership soon after. Several hours later I realized that my license was missing so I called the dealership. I was put on hold and disconnected THREE separate times. Instead of going in I decided to let it go with the possibility that I had lost it somewhere else. Fast forward a week later and we get a message from a friend who also went to look at cars there and had conveniently "lost" their ID as well. They went into the dealership and they provided this person with MY LICENSE and the excuse that I must have his... Luckily this person happened to be a friend of ours otherwise a random stranger would be walking around with MY ID and My address to do whatever they wished with. I am extremely frustrated by this experience and the dealership was a total piece of garbage. They charge extremely high prices for run down vehicles that look good and to boot, THEY ARE DISHONEST.... they are the true epitome of a sleezy car dealership. More
I bought a truck from Consumer Auto Liquidators in August 2011. When I looked at the vehicle it wouldn't start and they charged the batteries (2 batteries in a diesel) so we could start it. It ran fine and I 2011. When I looked at the vehicle it wouldn't start and they charged the batteries (2 batteries in a diesel) so we could start it. It ran fine and I bought the truck with the understanding that if the batteries didn't maintain a charge, they would replace the batteries free of charge. Two days later the batteries failed and I came back in and they replaced the batteries. The batteries looked old (no where near new) but I expected they had been tested. In another two days they failed and left me stranded. I bought two new batteries myself ($250) and then came home to a mailed notice saying I owed them $34 for extra licensing fees. I went back in (3rd time now) and explained the situation with the batteries and the manager took a copy of the receipt and told me they would take the $34 out of the $250 I paid and send me a check. That sounded fine, but a check never came. I returned a month later with a second notice saying I better pay the $34 right away. The manager again told me they would "fix it" and send me a check. Another month went by with no check so I returned a 5th time and gave them the $34 to ensure I wouldn't be taken to collections for something stupid and was again promised that the check would be in the mail for $250. Six months later and nothing has happened yet. They seem nice at first and will tell you anything to get business but never follow through. More
