Work took 2 days when 6 hrs should have been plenty. Apt was at 830, when I left at 945 my vehicle was setting out side.. told vehicle would be ready by 3-4pm that day. I was called and informed not going to be ready. I was assured it would be ready by noon the next day. It was 2pm when I finally got it. Part of my work was under the "warranty forever" and was taken care of. When I was told of repair needs, I was told that in the past both issues I had were covered under warranty. I was informed when I came in for repair only part was covered.(was I lied to or major change in warranty service). The paid for service was reduced by about $100, I appreciate that. I will continue to have my service done here.

They truly want their customers to return with always having a great experience. They all are kind. They listened to me, explained things to me and wanted me to be happy not just as their customer but as a person. They will joke with you, make you laugh but be professional in making you feel at ease. They want you to love what you're driving. They saw me as a person with true concerns that they wanted to make right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I'm not just going to be a returning customer but a customer that will use their services for the small things such as oi changes! Ian is amazing not just at selling cars but at building a relationship with you. Michael is good at explaining what you are signing financially not hiding anything. I recently contacted wendle ford with a $25,000 5th wheel, a $12,000 ford f250 flatbed and a $7000 escape looking to trade all 3 for one good car, that is a hellofalot of value ...after a couple texts and visits to the dealership i decided to trade for a subaru outback , seemed to be a good car, was told it went thru very detailed inspections and would be great...so i did the trade...it has been 8 days since i bought that subaru and im going in to another dealership, going to trade it off, its making sone odd noises, that dealership ran a diagnostic and 4 codes came up, total would be over $2000 to fix it all, i texted this info to wendle and the sales man i got the car from replies back saying to take it to a subaru dealer and have them fix it, ...8 days later after buying this stupid car, almost $45,000 worth of vehicles , and he tells ne to take it to a subaru dealer...ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME??!! I just gave them everything in my life worth anything, and he tells me that? Well, i didnt reply yet to that msg cuz they know xxxx well what they did, ...i have no real income and trying to get disability started and now im screwed ...so no, i do not recomend going to this dealership at all, this is currently july 2026, we will see if anything comes of this review, i do know xxxx well their cars dont cost $45000 and the least they could do it replace this car they jewed me into...we all know they will make 3 times as much as this subaru cost me in the end, but greed is a horrible thing and my hopes of a replacement arent very high...i will update this review if they help with this issue.

Very unpleasant experience. Recommend nobody purchase anything from auto savy. Very dishonest about damage to vehicles. Only got about 100 miles on a used crosstrek that only had 15000 miles on it before it started smoking heavily and leaking fluids. Also , the slightest turn to the right causes extreme rattling and vibrating in the front wheel. Also, car pulls to the right badly. I've been trying to take the car to autosavy under warranty but nobody called me back once. I've been trying since Monday. Finally got my car to their Recommended shop on Friday where I was told they will need to keep my car over the weekend before even getting repairs approved. Reached out to autosavy for a rental that they agreed to but when it came to actually getting the rental they just stopped answering the phone or responding to messages. All a couple hours before closing. No excuses, just terrible business practices and customer service. Wish I never heard of auto savy.

Place is very nice with Live Plants and Comfy Chairs (We thought about taking one with us, ha ha). Worked with Justin in Pre Sales and then Sam and Finally AJ. Took longer than I wanted, but I have had LOTS worse. Got great Trade in Deal on Jeep Gladiator I traded in, and better deal on Used 2025 Cadillac XT5. Only 1100 miles on Caddy. Wow it's new. Got super deal on extended warranty from AJ. He's Good! Ok Very Good. I would highly recommend this dealer. Plan on buying again in future when vehicle buying. Trade in I got was very close to KBB and Price for Vehicle I purchased was under KBB.

We were very happy with Tom and the experience we had at Autoplex. Both sales guys we met Mike and Tom were very helpful and very low pressure. The sales manager that signed our deal was not a pleasant as the rest of the team but we only had to deal with him at the end. I would definitely go there again.

Was sold a total lemon of a car with various issues, they lied about what engine it had, and I learned from the mechanic that the codes it was throwing after I got it had been cleared several times before purchase so they knew about the issues beforehand. When I came to them about the first problem (about an $80 part and an hour of work) they "fixed" it but it was back to doing the same thing 30 minutes later. When I told them about the other issues they said I would have to pay full price to fix the car. It shouldn't have had these issues in the first place but instead they hid them until they could pass the problem onto someone else.
