Wow the customer service I received was just wonderful from my first contact Eli to all the shop techs were just so friendly and knowledgable concerning my new purchase... They very quickly assisted me in what needed to be taken care of and had me on my way. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from everyone.... Very happy customer !!!!!! Easy sales process Very nice people, easy sales process. The inspection crew could do a better job looking over the vehicles before placing them on the lot. Rip off and thieves I have never seen a company take advantage of a senior citizen before as I have with this company. My 68 year-old mother in law was looking for a rea I have never seen a company take advantage of a senior citizen before as I have with this company. My 68 year-old mother in law was looking for a reasonable, reliable car from a local dealership. What she got was more than a headache, heartache and pretty much outright theft. I want to know how a company, in all good conscience could openly take advantage of a senior citizen and go to bed at night. She lives more than 2 hours away from her new grand daughter and has to drive several days a week to UNC chapel hill, over a 2 hour drive, where her grandson is recovering from burns and she doesn't trust her vehicle. When she purchased the vehicle, in cash, they rushed her through all her paperwork, not giving her the opportunity to really read all of it, then neglected to inform her that one of the papers she was signing was a form stating that if something was to go wrong they would only pay 1/2. She had to pay out of pocket over $300, for a repair that should have cost about $150. This company double or tripled the cost of the repair so they would really not be responsible for any of the repair. To date, this vehicle is still having issues and they do nothing but give her the run around. I wish that the next person who wants to buy a car from this place, read this and think again, DON'T DO IT. If they take advantage of a senior citizen they will screw anyone over. More
