I loved the size of the Expedition and wanted a newer model. I looked on Cars.com and Carsguru.com and found a 2011 Ford Expedition at CBS Auto. I emailed about my interest and heard back from Bill Corcoran within 12 hours! I went to see the car in Hillsborough the next day and was impressed with Bill's laid back sales demeanor and the quality of the vehicle. Being married only 8 days, I needed to check with my wife about the purchase, called her and she drove over to see the car as I went back to work. She absolutely raved about Bill's service and the car. We bought the car today! (total of 5 days of investment) We have never had an excellent experience buying a car like this in our lives and know anytime we need another car, we will be right back with Bill and CBS Auto to buy it. We made sure to recommend our friends to CBS also. Outstanding company. More

Used car purchase Had an emergency where I needed to purchase a car that fell within my budget. What I purchased was higher in monthly payments than I wanted but, not their fault. Due to a low down payment and credit issues I hope I got a decent deal. Bill Corcoran is a nice person and easy to work with, the finance manager Tim Roberson was helpful. I will say, if you have a particular price range, stand firm but you can negotiate according to what you can afford. I was shown a really nice car but car that was way outside my budget and had to be firm on what was affordable for me. I would recommend the Hillsborough dealership to friends. More

Worst place to buy a car I bought a car from CBS Quality Cars about one year ago. Within 3 months I had to get new front and rear brakes and soon after that new front tires. W I bought a car from CBS Quality Cars about one year ago. Within 3 months I had to get new front and rear brakes and soon after that new front tires. When it rains, the water gets on the inside of my car on the driver side near the pedals which makes the car smell. Now when I try to trade the car, no one is willing to give me close to half of what I owe, not even CBS, the place I bought it from. Do you mean to tell me that after $3000 down which they told me I had to have to even get in the car and a years worth payments that it's not even worth close to what I owe? $18k car and after a year of taking good care of it they will only give me $6500? I really feel that they took advantage of the fact that I was a woman coming in to buy a car by myself and they would try hard to get this car off the lot that did not want to a vulnerable buyer. CBS Cars is overpriced and they will get over on you! Go to a place that cares about there customers and that won't try to get over on you! I'm so disgusted with this place! More
