Well for starters i feel i was taken advantage of. I bought a car less than a month ago and it has all these probs this is my second purchase with cbs and def will be my last i felt like i was pressured into this car that i felt was known to have issues the inly concern they showed was about the money worst experience ever!!

I bought an 2009 galant that had no working A/C the car hesitates like it wants to cut off and now some warning light is on u work too hard to invest in a car thats only 3 years old.my last car i purchased was a fird explorer and because that experience was great i returned i dont see what giving u my name will help im stuck with this car i just wanted to share my experience!

After doing my research I find out that you brought this to our attention after you run out of warranty by over 2000 miles. Even though you were 2000 miles out of warranty we offered to you a 50% coverage, plus a free oil change ($39.95 Value) and Clay also offered you $50 out of his own pocket. Seems like we have tryed to work with you several times and we would like for you to be happy, I also understand that Bill tryed to contact you several times without a response from you. Please let me know what else can we do to help you. We have been in Business for over 18 yrs and sold over 30,000 vehicles. We try our best to make everyone happy even when they are out of warranty

Well for starters when i first brought his attention to Bill he had a non chalant attitude like it wasn't his problem when I felt it was because when I bought the car they reassured me that everything was in working condition that should include the air condition. Who sells a car at a reputable dealership with no working air? I just felt that it was known this car had issues when they sold it me. I have had this car less than a month and that was not the only problem with it. This is a new model car and should not have this many issues. I have a 2001 Tahoe and it drives better than this 2009 car! I am so frustrated at this whole situation. And no I did not answer Bill's call because it is fake to me know why call after I give a bad review. I appreciate whoever you are trying to make me happy, but at ths point I'm more disappointed than anything because I have never experienced this situation in buying a car.
