Sean was incredibly helpful and friendly, he even took time out on his Sunday when the dealership was closed to show us the car when my son's father was in town for a short time. They were able to test d time out on his Sunday when the dealership was closed to show us the car when my son's father was in town for a short time. They were able to test drive "kick the tires" so to speak and his father was able to give the okay for the car. We completed the purchase that Monday and have been very happy. Herb, Mitsibushi Mechanic, did a great job teaching me about what downshifting is in my Mitsubishi outlander. Which is what evidently has been happening the last couple of times when I turn onto this pa about what downshifting is in my Mitsubishi outlander. Which is what evidently has been happening the last couple of times when I turn onto this particular stretch of road by my home. Herb took my Outlander out with me and showed me how the manual shifting through all the gears (1 thru 6th) worked and what each gear sounded like as well. Then he showed me the same gears shifting with the paddles. Then he event related it to the where the tachometer arrow was reading and what the engine is trying to do at each point. I learned how to get out of using the shifting paddles by putting the manual shift into Neutral and then back into Drive --- resets it and it is back to automatic transmission. Great lesson! And I was able to intelligently rely this information back to my husband and he understood as well! CBS ‘s provides wonderful service! More

I first found CBS online and found the exact car that I wanted. I was contacted by Mauro and told that the car was still in service since it was newly acquired so I wouldn't be able to look at it at that wanted. This went on for more than a few days with postponements, etc and most of the time I had to contact Mauro for an update, not the other way around. I'm well aware I don't have the best credit which is why I'd picked a less expensive car so when we were finally able to go test drive (and I loved the car) we arrived back at the dealership and were told that the bank wouldn't finance the one we'd liked. Mauro then tried to sell me newer cars which were 4-5k higher than what I was looking for with a payment that was unrealistic for the price range I'd mentioned. I felt like I was being jerked around and fed the line to get a better sell without any thought to what I could do and what I was looking for. We left for the day with nothing but a promise that I'd get contacted 3-4 days later. Instead, I got a call late - 5 days after our test drive. To sum it up, I felt like I was just a sell and my needs were not paid attention to or cared about. If they really cared about my business I wouldn't be the one chasing them down for an update. More
