First of all I will say I am pleased with my vehicle. the 2020 Dodge Bighorn is a great truck! But our sales experience was terrible! I called the online department and told them the vehicle and stock # I wa 2020 Dodge Bighorn is a great truck! But our sales experience was terrible! I called the online department and told them the vehicle and stock # I was interested in and setup an appointment to test drive it. It was listed around $41,000. They brought out a truck and said this was the one. So we test drove it and loved it. So they worked up some numbers with my trade a 2016 Nissan Frontier with 38,000 miles on it and in great condition and came up with a price of over $37,000 with my trade. I got up and went to the desk to get my keys and told them that they were highway robbers. They told me to hold on they had the wrong truck it was the top of the line Laramie ready off to a bad start! We test drove the right truck that we went in to see and loved it the the negotiation started. when we got to an agreed price we continued to tell them that we did not want to finance. The sales manager came on pretty strong that we needed to finance for at least 6 months to save $500 off the price but(if we paid it off before the 6 months we would be charged the $500 rebate). They stated that the interest for the 6 months would only be $75. He also got the finance person involved to tell us that if we paid the loan off in the 6 months it would be only $75. Well the first payment came and the interest for 1 month was already $48. So we called Chrysler Capital and we were told that there is no charge for early payoff. Here's the worst part of the deal. We had $8,652 in cash that we brought in on August 16th They told us they were too busy to count the money and would do that overnight. We asked for a receipt and was told they would provide us with one the next day. We had to call our saleperson and ask for the receipt and she said she would have to get it and send it to us. When we received the receipt it indicated that we gave them $40 too much so we requested the $40 back. They went made a new receipt telling us they had made a mistake. After calling the main office they claim as a good faith effort they will send us $50-we have not received anything. I CAN'T BELIEVE ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS WOULDN"T COUNT CASH IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY CASH OVER $8,000 dollars. Please watch this place more happened but too long to write. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

I was very guarded when I walked into I Was Wow’ed! I was shopping for a new Jeep. I had recently had a horrible experience at another dealership. I was very guarded when I walked into Bill Bryan. I found a Jeep online that I loved and drove 1 1/2 hours from home to see it. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, we were made to feel welcomed. We had an appointment with Don. He welcomed us and took us straight to the Jeep. He explained the low price was due to the Jeep not having air conditioning right away. I thought he was joking but apparently AC is an option for Jeeps (who knew!!). They assured me that it could be installed and they would work with me on a great deal. Boy were they right. I explained my horrible experience at a previous dealership. I explained that I had been pre-approved through my bank. They did not have an issue at all with that. As we were waiting for the final approval through my bank to go through, the finance manager, Niko, came over. He explained that he was confident that he could find me a lower interest rate. I explained that I did not want my credit report all dinged up with inquiries. He took the time to explain to me about how credit reports work. He explained that if he wasn’t confident that he could get me several points lower interest rate, he would not run it again. I’m so glad I trusted him. He found me an interest rate that I thought I would never qualify for. They worked hard to find me the best deal they could. Everyone at the dealership who we worked with were wonderful and treated us like we were the only ones they were helping at the time. I love my new Jeep and would go back to Bill Bryan if I ever need another vehicle. More

Worst customer service experience in any dealership I've experienced. Found the model vehicle I was searching for on their website, contacted the dealership on a Monday morning as soon as I left work. Sp experienced. Spoke to Troy, he explained that I could do a credit app and they expected the vehicle the following Monday 08/17 it was currently in transit. I explained I would do the credit app get all the numbers and I would be able to pass by on Friday 08/21 which was yesterday because that was first night off. On Thursday 08/20 afternoon I am contacted by a David, he called and texted me claiming he was Troys sales manager. ( I honestly do not appreciate when the dealer starts calling when its someone else other than the direct person I was originally working with) I explained that I work overnights and I would be there in the morning after I got off work . They received the vehicle that Thursday. Friday morning 08/21 I am contracted by both gentlemen what time do I expect to be there, Once again I explained I am leaving work i will go change pick up my trade in and head to the dealership by 11am. The dealer is about an hour and a half drive from my home , on the way I texted both gentlemen said I was running a few minutes late, they both said no problem. All of a sudden, David texted then calls and said where I was that there's a customer about to purchase the vehicle, I explained it's a 90 minute drive I am about 8 minutes away as per my GPS, he then just said well the customer is here we are sorry, I was upset and said thank you for your help. I immediately contacted Troy, my original point of contact I explained I was about 6 minutes as per the GPS and explained what David said, he proceeded to tell me " what do you expect you've missed several appointments, " when I said sir when we first began this process I specifically told you I would be here Friday to do all the paperwork, I texted both you and David that I would be here at 11 but I was running a few minutes late it is a 90 minute drive, I am almost at your dealer right now ( it was currently 1150am) Troy said " well you said 11 now its almost 12, the car was delaer traded) i said thank you and hung up. I told my wife what had happened , she was very disappointed with the lack of respect this dealership showed for its customers. Please do your research when purchasing a new vehicle, maybe it was just a bad week for these two gentlemen, but I would not recommend Bill Bryan Dodge. They wasted my time. More
