Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. At 46, my 2014 Challenger has been the newest, nicest car I've ever owned. I am proud of this car. I thought bringing it to the dealer for service was the best thing to do, but obviously I was wrong. I brought it in for the ABS module to be reprogrammed, alignment and to have a right front-end noise checked out. After you had my car for two days and I still hadn't been given an estimate, I decided to just come and pick it up, because you know, I work too and need my car. Imagine my surprise when Mike handed me a $10K estimate! Are you kidding me? Knowing full well I WOULD NEVER spend that amount, I thanked him and went on my way. I did some homework and the egregious mark-up you put on parts is absolutely disgusting. Literally you quoted around $4300 and the same OEM parts were around $1700 online. I know you have overhead, people to pay, and a reasonable mark-up is to be expected, but how do you sleep at night? Not only that, I took it to two other independent auto repair shops and BOTH of them said there is NOTHING that needs to be replaced at this time. BOTH of them. You are utter crooks for trying to take such advantage of people. The cherry on top..I noticed a check engine light that was on when I got in the car that wasn't on when I dropped it off. The fact your "techs" wouldn't notice that says a lot, but I wasn't about to turn around and come back to this "stealership", it turned out to be a filter code that the other HONEST independent shop cleared..for free. Needless to say, I don't plan on ever coming back to this particular dealer ever again and I will let everyone know how you treated me. $10K on a 9-year-old car with 117K miles. Surprised you didn't have one of your sales men trying to sell me a new car, lol. More

I've been using CDJR of Leesburg since I moved back to the area in 2021. They have always been friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes it takes quite a long while to get services done, but they have plenty o the area in 2021. They have always been friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes it takes quite a long while to get services done, but they have plenty of tables and seating with wifi to do work or watch tv shows. They also offer free shuttle service to your home if needed. I wish that they had more comfortable and updated seating, because it can get uncomfortable after a while, and they need more power outlets in the area, but overall I am pleased with waiting. More
The sale people and managers were very polite but just like any dealership there were hidden facts and fees. Also they lied about the speed of the deal many times, it took over 5 hours and my wife and I h like any dealership there were hidden facts and fees. And lastly because the deal took so long at the end of the night long past the closing time of the dealership we were in a hurry to get home so we quickly unloaded everything out of our old car into our new car and on the way home I had to stop for gas and when I got to look at the car under the lights I realized that they gave me the wrong car! I had to go back the next day and switch everything over again. And in that process they lost one of the keys to the car. It made things pretty inconvenient and irritating. More
I dropped off early by mistake but they took care of the problem early for me. That was very accommodating. Picking up my vehicle was a little clunky. I waited and waited for the service writer to come back so I could get my keys. After almost fifteen minutes I asked where he was…and he was sitting right there. No idea how long I was waiting while he was sitting right next to me. I’d never met him before. Pickup was smooth after that, but I would have rather been out quicker. All in all the service experience was good though. More
