I had a couple of questions and reached out to the dealer, Bill Bryan in Leesburg, FL. I didn't have to wait long for a great response. Kevin Olson, Internet Business Development, emailed me right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We also discussed the car on the phone for a few minutes during the week. I told Kevin that I couldn't make it to view the car in person until Saturday. Kevin went out of his way to watch the car and update me on the status. Kevin even kept an eye on it on Saturday as my family and I drove about 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. Once we arrived, not only were we met by Kevin but also by a salesman named Jim Jolly. Jim was equally as helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and felt like he was guiding us with honest, reliable information. Well, we loved the car, service and great rates we received and eventually left with the 300C. It couldn't have been easier and we are thrilled. I even received another followup call on Monday from Jim who was checking on our trip home. I recommend Jim, Kevin and the whole team at Bill Bryan as a great place to purchase your next vehicle. I wanted to know what my 2014 Town and Country was worth as I arrived at the dealership at around 11:30 AM with no intensions of purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to know what my 2014 Town and Country was worth as a trade-in. I had to have a vehicle in mind to purchase if a deal could be made. The sales person that I had talked with on a previous visit was Ralph Fevrier. I told him right off that I was not there to buy but to see and test drive a 2017 Pacifica (Chrysler of course). He asked me to tell him my Wants and Needs and he filled two columns. The first Pacifica he let me drive fell short of what I expected so I was ready to walk out but I still didn't have my trade-in value. Then he showed me a Pacifica that more closely matched my wants, needs and my Town and Country options. I loved the car but I was not happy with the purchase price. Edwin Morales stepped in and showed me the lease option was probably the way to go since I live in The Villages where golf carts are the major transport. I took the lease option on the car I wanted and was back on the road with it at around 6:30 PM. So I went from no intension to purchase to going home in a new Chrysler Pacifica. Kudos to Ralph. Edwin and all the sales staff with whom I interacted. More

He introduced us to Seth Steele we talked to him about what we were looking for and we test drove the cars and he ask what we didn't like about the car and he went in and found what we were looking for and showed those to us. What a nice person to deal with. We had a budget that we had to stay in like most family so then we got to meet Edwin Morales he did everything he could to meet our budget. Then we went threw finances and meet Marc Lopez what a really nice guy. We had such a great experience we had with this group of men. But everyone we walked by greeted us in a very friendly manner. You could not have ask for better service!!! Thank you all for an awesome experience!!! We couldn't have ask for a better group of people to help us with our new cars. I'm leaving what I wrote before, not because it's true, but because I, better than anyone, know how it feels to make a mistake like this. Please get your facts straight before doing your review. I really regret having originally posting this review. My sincere apologies go out to this dealership. My recent oil change there went very smooth and the service department was very friendly. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 on December 24th, 2015 for $58,000. I went to my credit union two months later and they were willing to refinance 125% the value of the truck. So, they put everything in the computer and say they can not refinance the truck. They tell me the truck is only worth $38,000. So, I go home and get the sticker that was on the window and show them the value of the truck and they put all the information in and they tell me that is still not listed at the price they sold me the truck for. I feel that I was grossly overcharged for this truck and will not trust this dealership again. More
