Awesome and friendly place to buy a car!!!! Barrery replacement I received a recall notice on my Chrysler 300 in the mail. Sure enough my car completely died two or three days later. I had purchased the car at you I received a recall notice on my Chrysler 300 in the mail. Sure enough my car completely died two or three days later. I had purchased the car at your dealership so I had it towed there. I talked to Jose in service and he informed me that they had checked the car and it was caused by the alternator not recharging the battery and that they would replace it under the recall at no charge to me. I then received another call from Jose telling me my battery was no good and that I would have to pay to have it replaced. I feel that the battery was killed by the alternator not charging it and causing it to completely run down. I paid the $245.57 bill and picked up the car but told Jose we were not happy and felt the battery should have been covered along with the alternator. We have had our car serviced by your dealership on many times and have been very happy, but this one leaves a bad taste. Jose was great and even got us a loner car to use but it still bothers me about having to pay for the battery. Thank you for your concern Gerald and Theresa Scott More
James Jolly & Bill Bryan Chrysler James was very personable and if he didn't know the answer to a question he took the time to find out. We drove over an hour to look at a used truck James was very personable and if he didn't know the answer to a question he took the time to find out. We drove over an hour to look at a used truck and the dealership not only stayed open after closing hours to finalize the review and discussions but worked with us discounting to a price we could afford. Since the truck was used it was purchased as-is but the dealership did make a couple of the repairs we requested. They held it with our deposit until we could return a week later to pick up the truck. More

Problems still unresolved Went back to dealership at sales manager request to attempt to resolve mechanical and car registration title problems. Service department was not primed to deal with my issue, as promised, and a loaner was not available, as promised. Car registration and title are still in the wrong name (despite assurances to the contrary) and there is no sign of further follow-up. More

I don't write reviews often but I am pleased to write this one. I have purchased 2 Dodge sedans from Jim Jolly, my salesperson at Bill Bryan Dodge. The purchase experience was smooth from the initial order through delivery and subsequent service. Every member of Bill Bryan staff demonstrated a friendly approach and an eagerness to exceed customer expectations. For example, Jim Jolly kept me informed throughout the process and went out of his way to ensure reliable and accurate information; and we have developed a friendship over the past few years. I have had both Dodge vehicles serviced and would compliment both the service writers and technicians, including Justin, the SVT technician who serviced the performance Dodge cars. I met Bill Bryan himself in the late 1990's when a traded in a rare 1981 custom Bertone Coupe Volvo for another car. ......I liked him then and now. I recommend his dealership often to friends and family. More
WORST SALES CONSULTANT I arrived at Bill Bryan with a friend who was a lot more knowledgeable about cars than I was. When he asked Il Park a question, Il Park asked my frie I arrived at Bill Bryan with a friend who was a lot more knowledgeable about cars than I was. When he asked Il Park a question, Il Park asked my friend "are you buying the car", when I friend answered no, Il Park stated "well, then I don't have to talk to you". Also, the minute we parked the car after test driving the vehicle and parking it, Il Park asked "are you buying it or not". This person has no business being in anything having to do with customer service, he was unprofessional, disrespectful and nasty for no reason at all. More
