A LONG TRIP FROM SARASOTA.. I had been looking on the 'Internet' for a 2013 or 2014 Chrysler 'Hard Top Convertible' for several weeks... and also contacted my Local Chrysler Deal I had been looking on the 'Internet' for a 2013 or 2014 Chrysler 'Hard Top Convertible' for several weeks... and also contacted my Local Chrysler Dealership.. I did a 'search' for 50 miles.. then 100 miles,,, then 500 miles... The 'Bill Bryan Dealership was about 150 miles from my home.. I called to see if the Vehicle was available and drove up on Saturday June 14th to meet with Robby Aoude to see and drive the 2013 Convertible . We then sat down to see that my car was worth on trade in... We were not able to make a 'Deal' but I felt WE both were Respectful and Honest.. During the Following week I received E-mails from the Internet Sales Manager and the GM asking Me what they could do to put a 'Deal' together............ and I did my Phone Calls and TEXTING through Robby Aoude.. He was aware that I am a 90% Disabled Vietnam Veteran, I am 65 years old (this year).. and I live 150 miles away.. Within a few days and just a few conversations Robby was able to put a 'Great Deal' Together... I Drove back up on Friday the 20th of June to Just trade in my car, sign a few papers, and Drive back to Sarasota.. YES............ IT WAS 600 miles of Driving (Two Round Trips) But Robby Aoude and The Team at Bill Bryan Make It ALL WORTH WHILE !! Very Impressed In our car buying process we had visited several dealerships. The other dealerships were pushy, disappointing and uncomfortable to deal with. As soon as we entered Bill Bryan we were greeted in a friendly helpful way by Jeff Sussman. Jeff listened to us and helped us find what we had been looking for in a vehicle. He was patient and showed us both new and used vehicles answering our many questions, resulting in our choosing the new Dodge Journey as our next mode of transportation. Jeff and Staff helped us work out a price we were comfortable with. Though Bill Bryan is over 30 miles from our home, each visit we have made, Jeff has been extremely helpful and we will highly recommend Jeff and the Bill Bryan dealership as the place to go when shopping for a vehicle. It's worth the trip! More
My experience at the service center Within 24 hours after we first bought our new (used) car we noticed that the Check Engine Light came on. So, we took it to the service center only to Within 24 hours after we first bought our new (used) car we noticed that the Check Engine Light came on. So, we took it to the service center only to learn that the cadalatic converter, the power windows, and the rear view mirror all went out! We where told it was going to cost us another additional $1200.00. So, after some negotiating we agreed to pay half for the cadalitic converter (much to our dismay) and not have the other things repaired. Come to find out, the window was only off track and didn't need a new motor as reported by the repair staff. We where able to fix the mirror ourselves for less than $5.00 in materials at the local store. The sad part here is that we where told by our salesman that if anything goes wrong with our car to bring it right back & you would repair any issues! I reckon we where lied to big time! Then, a couple of months later our Low Tire Light came on. When we took the car in for it's oil change we asked the staff to reset or check the tires as well. This was NEVER done. When we went back to the staff about the light still being on before we left, we where told to just drive the car. Our tires are under warranty and we could not understand why the repairmen could not check the tire pressure. Our car was taken back to the service department 3 times for the same reason to no avail. We had to take the car to another company to have them check the tires and then (and only then) the light went out and never came back on. I feel the staff treated us with complete indifference. My self as well as my niece have tried to be patient with your staff and we Always get treated as if we do not matter. Other than coming in for my contracted oil changes, I will refer my business to another dealership. We have decided to never buy another vehicle from your company again. Our family has been dealing with your company for several years and we have all decided to go elsewhere in the future due to how we have been treated. More

The minute I walked in I was greeted in a kind and respectful manner. Ron, (my) salesman was courteous, kind, friendly, humorous, and easy to talk with. I spent two different days talking with him. He was actually fun. His dealership didn't have anything that fit me and upon a suggestion from one manager, Ron drove me to several dealerships Bill Bryan owns to find just the right car. The employees of those dealerships where also friendly and helpful. It was a very good car buying experience. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a walk in the park buying a car, there were some hurdles to overcome but I felt they never pressured me into anything. We have had all vans in the past and decided we wanted to go back to a SUV. With Bill and Paul's help, we went from having our van serviced, to purchasing a new Dodge Journey. Bill and Paul, are great to work with and not only do the best they can for Bill Bryan's, but also try and help the customer as much as possible. We had no intentions in buying today, but they offered us a plan that was hard to resist . We enjoy the dealership, inventory, but most of all, the help we always receive with the two salesmen listed above. We will be back in a year or so and purchase our sixth, if Bill and Paul are still on board to work with. Our experience has been excellent with this dealership and vehicles we have purchase in the past. Bill Bryan, plus these two qualified, experienced men, spells success for not only the customer, but for the Fruitland Park dealership.
