We met Ron Cooper last week and at that time we still had not made a decision on what particular vehicle we wanted. Ron was very helpful in showing us what was available. He answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answer he didn't take long in getting it. What a nice, courteous, and helpful man Ron is. If I had to buy another vehicle tomorrow, I would definitely return to Bill Bryan and request to work with Ron. We feel that he is quite an asset to your business. Customer Sevice at its best. I have been driving around a 2002 vehicle simply because I didn't want to have to deal with the nightmare of entering a car lot. With hesitancy I contacted this car lot because of their amazing prices I saw online. The price listed was way better than anywhere else within 500 miles. I made an offer even below that and within five minutes they called me back and agreed to my offer and threw in extras. I was also met by a Aaron Armella, a sales associate, at 7 o'clock in the morning nearly 30 miles from the car lot and given a ride to the dealership. Within and hour I was driving away fully insured and financed at an amazing rate. This dealership is over 300 miles from my home and I wouldn't even think about buying from another. No hassle, no bull, just amazing customer service and even better prices! More

We did end up buying a truck from this Dodge dealership and are very happy with our truck and the deal we got for it. Great from beginning to end!!! I found exactly what I was looking for at this dealership which was a low mileage very clean black 2013 Ford Edge Limited. I negotiated via phone and I found exactly what I was looking for at this dealership which was a low mileage very clean black 2013 Ford Edge Limited. I negotiated via phone and all my many questions were answered over several phone calls which stretched out over a week. The internet sales people were diligent in the follow up process but not not pushy and obnoxious....they were friendly, patient, and fun to deal with. When I felt we were close I went to the dealership to see the vehicle with the expectation that this deal had a 50 50 chance of crashing and burning based on my past experiences with the deal changing when you get to the dealership. This was not the case. I was directed to Mr. Jeff Sussman who is an extremely professional, friendly, strait forward, sales consultant that was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and went out of his way to be sure all my expectations were met. Mr. Sussman was surprisingly knowledgeable which told me he took the time to prepare before my arrival. He knew the Ford Limited better than many of the Ford dealer sales people I encountered in my search for this vehicle...and this is a Chrysler dealership! I cant say enough good things about my experience. Jeff was awesome!!! I drove for 2 1/2 hours due to a traffic jam on I-75 but it was worth it!! will recommend this dealership to everyone!!!
