This was actually our third purchase from Bill Bryan! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Mike Sumner was awesome and gave me honest answers with out the worry of getting a bad deal. I researched every Dodge dealer from South Georgia to Central Florida in an attempt to find a quality, safe and reliable car for my son's first vehicle. In order to exceed my expectations, I knew that I needed to first find a dealer and sales staff that I could trust. I received Prompt response from my first contact with the dealer through my internet request. The sales staff listened to my needs (while other dealers focused on what they needed to sell). Trust was established by identifying the sales staff's level of expertise of their vehicle models and history of the dealership. It's always refreshing to see a company's staff reflect the core values of the owners. Example: The owner has higher standards on used cars than the industry and what is 'required'. Keep your customers safe! It was a 2 hour and 30 minute drive from Jacksonville, but it was a memorable drive through the country that my son and I will always have to cherish! A big thank you to Karen, Dale, and especially Mike for not just being a part of it, but for making it happen! We are "Customer's - For - Life". We look forward to taking that drive again... 15 years ago we bought our first new vehicle from Bill Bryan. We are now on our 4th. We went in for service on our 2010 Chrysler T/C and met Scott Moll. We talked about the new 2013 T/C and tried to work Bryan. We are now on our 4th. We went in for service on our 2010 Chrysler T/C and met Scott Moll. We talked about the new 2013 T/C and tried to work out a deal. We could not swing the cost of the new one. Scott suggested that we lease the new one. The price was just what we were looking for and now have a 2013 T/C in our driveway. We would reccomend Bill Bryan and Scott Moll to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. We only went to have our truck repaired. We asked Mike a few questions about a car. He spent a lot of time with us. I ended up telling him about an experience we had with a dealer. He was sensitive about it few questions about a car. He spent a lot of time with us. I ended up telling him about an experience we had with a dealer. He was sensitive about it and wanted us to trust him as a salesman. With his keen insight he helped us to make changes. We ended up trading our truck for a Jeep. My wife and I were just looking. Bill and his partner were so very convincing that we wound up leasing a Town & Counry.
