FIRST Dealership that my husband and I have EVER been to that we didn't feel that salesman pressure. It was just nice to be able to leisurely stroll the lot and not be bomb barded the minute we got out of o that we didn't feel that salesman pressure. Joe Ricklefs approached us after almost 15 minutes of being able to look by ourselves at which time we let him know exactly which vehicle we wanted to test drive and without hesitation or trying to convince us on something different, he got the keys and 24 hours later we were truck owners. We weren't just a sale, it was very important to Joe that we got what we wanted and our concerns were his concerns. We WILL be back for our next purchase and have already told family and friends to go to Bill Bryan if they want good service, good deal, and a no-pressure buying experience. More
