I was shopping around for a new Jeep Wrangler and didn't go any further after dealing with Sales Consultant, Mike Shadlich. He was honest and up front and worked with me in making sure it was everything I wanted in a vehicle including the price!! and assured me if he didn’t have it, he would find it! He made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the vehicle before I left the dealership. I appreciate the time Mike took to give me a tour of the Service & Parts Departments, introducing me to the Technicians for my future visits, and showing me the concession area where I could help myself to a bag of freshly popped popcorn, a soda from the soda fountain, a hotdog, coffee (& was told donuts if you go in the morning). The area was neat, clean and had plenty of seating. They even have an area for the children to play! (Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep takes pride in their Customer Service) I was so impressed & moved at what they do for our Veterans & Military in honoring those who serve. If you are a Veteran or in the Military, you can appreciate the old jeep on display that is covered in signatures. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, a place where you are treated like family. We have just purchased our newest Chrysler T&C Van from Cathy this week.
