We are second time new car purchasers with Bill Bryan. I didn't give 5 on purchase but I did purchase the car as I thought it was a fair deal (just not a great deal - great would have been to give me more o didn't give 5 on purchase but I did purchase the car as I thought it was a fair deal (just not a great deal - great would have been to give me more on my Sebring and reduce the Journey down by another $500. However, to their credit they did ask what they could do to keep our business and my husband told them to drop $1000 and we would purchase. They did. So perhaps the weight of 'good' should be on husband for not asking to have dealership reduce even more. That said, 'good' if fair rating. I should tell you that we have already had several friends say they will be going to go to dealership to look at vehicles. Please do not hold the pricing against Joe. We will return in 2 years and purchase another new car. More
We came into the dealership expecting to get a good deal and we did. We had bought our last two cars from Charles Hunter and had a positive experience both other times as well. The only negative was the long wait to finalize the deal. All and all though our experience came out terrific. We came in at 1:30 pm and by 7pm we were driving out with our new car. I would have preferred to do my credit application online before I came in to the dealership. I beleive it would have saved alot of time. More

I needed a car but did not want a car payment. Well, we can't have everything! I found a car, new to me, reasonably priced with a payment I could live with. I found the staff at Bill Bryan to be likewise as helpful and as professional. This is gratifying in this day of lousy and unprofessional customer service at many businesses and service oriented establishments. If you're not a person of "wealth," as many of us are not, you need to be as cautious as you can when making large purchases. The folks at Bill Bryan seem to know that and take that all into consideration when attempting to find the right vehicle to suit your needs. I still am not THRILLED to have a car payment, but that is only once-a-month! Each day I use my "new-to-me" 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible, it makes it all worth it. It's a great car for me. And they have a great car for you, too. Just go in and ask for Charles. More
