The reason I went to Bill Bryan Chrysler Jeep Dodge was to actually look at Gem cars but after speaking with and working with Mike Shalich and Art Dorado I purchased a 2012 Ram 1500. I stopped in for an Oil Change, my car had 10,000 miles on so it was time for its second change. I have a 2011 Chrysler 300C bought in September 2011 and a 2012 Dodge Challenger bought in March 2012. I purchased both cars from Joe Ricklefs whom is a very caring, friendly and patient. He was very helpful at getting me the best price possible and is still very helpful and friendly anytime I bring my cars in for service. When I come into the dealership Joe is always very polite and takes an interest in how I am doing and enjoying my cars and always with a smile. I was told that even tho the car was used that if any major problems were to occur with the used chrysler 300 that I purchased that they stand behind their vehichles 100% well after having the car for a major problems were to occur with the used chrysler 300 that I purchased that they stand behind their vehichles 100% well after having the car for a month and a half the transmission blew, I went back to Joe who told me they stand behind their product 100% and he looked at me like I was lying.. So after taking all the money that I had and buying a car after I was directed to the dealership by a family member who's purchased their cars for years from that dealership, was a serious wake up call to me and my family.. We will never buy from this dealership again!! My car has been sitting at the dealership for 4 months because I couldn't afford to fix it so I'm stuck with a lemon, and a car payment , and insurance for a car that never worked right.. If that's quality customer service then I never want a part of it.. I felt like I was buying from a buy here pay here.. I would've been better off because it wouldn't have affected my credit!! This dealership should be ashamed to treat hard working customers like they did me.. I've contacted local news stations to expose the way I was lied to and treated.. More
Saleman dis not understand the dent removal warrenty he sold us. He said just make a reservation bring your car in and it will be taken care of while you wait. That dis not happen! After waiting for 3 hours for your outsourced contractor he said this removal could not be preformed on our convertible sice it has double walls. I was not happy. This poicy should not have been sold to me. I asked for our money back and that was another hugh hassel. Needless to say we won't be back. Also the brakes were never inspected before the vehicle was sold to us. That's another long story. More

We have patronized your organization for over 10 years; first with our Subaru Outback, purchased up North before we moved here and then traded in on a newer model year, Honda CR-V. Dealing with your organization has always been a very pleasant ex-perience. Upon reflection, we should have negotiated a better deal on our trade, which was in April, 2011. I note, that sales person's name is absent from above list. Going forward, we will continue to patronize Bill Bryan because it just "feels right" to us. On one occasion, we had an issue that "didn't feel right" and that was resolved to our satisfaction by the Manager, Mr. Audett. Thank you. More

When we arrived, we found Rob Storz standing outside even though it was extremely windy that afternoon. We soon found that he was there because he wanted to be of service and he wanted to be our salesman. He answered all of our questions and quickly presented us with a 2009 red Dodge Grand Caravan with low mileage. We quickly made a decision that this was the one.
