Went to the dealership to check out used vans. Elliot Raphael talked to us, showed us a van and let us test drive it. He was very honest, and friendly. Fantastic dealership! came here after walking away from Phillips dodge in ocala after bring treated rudely and being offered a bait and switch right off the bat. They gave me top banana for my trade and dropped the price 3k in addition to the 2500 in rebates just to make it happen! We just want to say thank you to Jason Sanabria for helping us get a second key to our 2013 Town and Country. We just purchased this vehicle for their lot on January 28th, and it only had one key - th helping us get a second key to our 2013 Town and Country. We just purchased this vehicle for their lot on January 28th, and it only had one key - they made it right in a short amount of time. We would also like to thank the service department for not keeping waiting long, while they programmed and cut the key. They had us out within 15 minutes of the estimated 40 minutes. From our first contact with Bill Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep, to driving over and looking at the selected vehicle our experience was fantastic! When we arrived, we were greeted by Elliot Raphael our sal Jeep, to driving over and looking at the selected vehicle our experience was fantastic! When we arrived, we were greeted by Elliot Raphael our sales person. Elliot showed us the town and country van that we came to look at, and we took a nice test drive. Elliot took the time to go over all the details of the vehicle, explained everything clearly, and asked us if we had any questions. He then showed us around the dealership and introduced us to the different departments and their staff members. Elliot also made sure we checked out the service waiting room where we enjoyed a hotdog and coffee. Our experience there was GREAT, and Elliot was extremely courteous, polite and helpful. It made our car buying experience very pleasant. I wish our previous experience with Ford had been as pleasant. Thank you, David and Colleen Pittman More
