Had a great experience with Bill Victorelli and Paul Gutterman. They were so helpful with any and all questions we had. Enjoyed the hospitality towards us and made us feel as if they cared about the outcome of our purchasing experience. Would highly recommend either of these gentlemen. Jeff went the extra mile getting the paperwork taken care of when we purchased a van there. He drove me to my wife's job to get her signature on the title. Quickest way to turn me off as a customer is to attack when i get out to look around. I was pleasantly surprised when i could look around without being stalked. I recently purchase a Dodge Grand Caravan at Bill Bryan on US Highway 441/27. The Sales person we meet with was Rob Storz. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Our experience at Bill bryan was the best I have had in many a year. Richard was an easy man to work with henew his job and handled it well. Tim over in parts was a great help they got us the seat belt extension we needed within 24 hrs and had our other items on order instantly. The only reason the mark might seem low for such a great experence was that we have had no experience as yet with the service department. Secondly, I did feel the price was just a bit higher than I felt it should be, however it was within retail boundaries of KBB and NADA. More

I found Rob Storz to be very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Town and Country Van that I purchased. He even found me a van that was less money and had fewer miles on it after I had trie knowledgeable about the Town and Country Van that I purchased. He also took it upon himself to follow me to U-Haul to have them install a trailer hitch on the van and transfer our Hoverround from my old truck to the new van.
