My only complaint is with making an appointment or calling in to the service department. I called one day and left a message for a call back and never received it. I called that same day and talked calling in to the service department. I called one day and left a message for a call back and never received it. I called that same day and talked to a person who assured me that someone would get back to me that day. I called in the morning before 10:00 but never got a call back that day. I did get a text message, but no call back from a number I could recognize. When I arrived at the dealership service area I worked with Jose who is the best ever and getting things done and keeping me informed of progress. I always try to work with him. More
Commie when making an appointment. I needed a loaner, so they gave me someone to call. I left 2 msgs over 2 weeks and never heard a thing. Finally, I just scheduled without a driver.
